Though I can't always eat at a place that has meat, the times that I have been able to handle it,there were fantastic vegan options. The chefs are attentive and knowledgeable. One made me something pretty incredible with farro grain and steamed veggies and micro greens. Another made something with wild foraged hen-of-the-woods mushrooms at a special event. The mushrooms were paired on a plate stylishly with wild rice. One of the beverages was a homemade soda that was made with the sap from some kind of tree... I can't remember what kind of tree, but it was "out of this world" It's not anything that it available, right now. What is available is whatever the local farmers and other growers provide. It will always be fresh!

Great local beer and craft cocktails ????
This reminds me of a tasteful Cafe in uptown or NE minneapolis offering the freshest, local ingredients - almost 90% of which are from within 40 miles!
A gem in a small town that anyone can appreciate! -

(September 13, 2019, 2:16 am)Nice decor, interesting menu, good service. One more star if side salad was more interesting & tastier. Sandwiches very tasty. They were out of Chardonnay ???? but the red wine was good.
