Mainstay, classic supper club with great Italian food! Drunken chicken is an absolute must, as is the homemade Italian sausage. Save room for an ice cream drink for dessert.
Phenominal food, pricing and atmosphere. The staff is super friendly! Highly recommend!
This is a decent place to eat, but make reservations ahead of time. We arrived at the restaurant for a 7:00 pm reservation at 6:45. We weren't seated for about an hour. A couple at the table next to us waited close to 3 hours. The waitress was a little rude, but I've been here before and had much nicer waitresses. The food is great, especially the pizzas. The bar is well stocked also. There isn't much to do in Almond, so this is the highlight of the town. My only wish it's that it was open year round.
Two Lakes is a fantastic local supper club. They have different specialty pizzas offered a few times per month. Many of these are innovative and new flavors, including loaded baked potato. Their Italian fare is also great, including ravioli. Two Lakes also offers a few different cuts of steaks, which are also excellent. Aditionally, Two Lakes has full bar service where you can order many different cocktails and delicious after dinner drinks, including Pink Squirrels and Grasshoppers.
Two Lakes supper club is an amazing hidden gem of the area. I have always had really fond memories of this place as a kid. Although I have seldom dinned at the restaurant part of Two Lakes, their bar and pizza are absoluetly amazing. It is well off the expressway, but is definitely a detour worth taking. It is only open seasonally and for limited hours but is a must if you have the opportunity. This year it also features Two Lakes next to it which had been shrinking over previous years.
