Long John's Resort & RV Park

Favorite place! Calm/quiet surrounding. Great area!

My family (myself, wife, 12 year old son, 6 year old son and 5 year old son) stayed in cabin 3 for a few days.
Well out of town, it's a quite place to stay. The "regular" campers there were nice, the owner Lori was very friendly.

The cabin was very quaint, well back from other people. Two bedroom with a pullout couch bed, it was perfect for us.

We were there on the 4th of July, and Lori's husband was out on pier lighting fireworks for the camp ground, while Lori was giving the children sparklers and glow bracelets, free. Which was awesome!

We would (and will) stay there again!

Millionaire's view of Soo Lake, that is out of this world! Cabin Rental & Campgrounds. This place is nothing like reviews have shown, it is beautiful, family friendly, and clean. As far as reviews in the last 2 1/2 years concerning the restaurant I find it interesting that anyone could review that because bar and restaurant have been closed for nearly 2 1/2 years! And when they we're open I've dined there and it was awesome and is missed by many. And last but not least the women that says the cabins were filthy and neglected, I was in that cabin and if 1 ladybug constitutes a review as such, it is very sad, those cabins are well kept. Don't miss out on what this place has to offer by listening to negative reviews check it out yourself.

Arrived on a Sunday night and stayed til Saturday, we had a group of 21 people, we stayed in the lodge, 13 people (5 adults, 8 kids) cabin 1 had family of 5 and cabin 2 had a family of 3. Lodge was cozy enough for us, and weather was great, we spent most of our time on the beach or water so we didn't require much for inside. Our kids had an amazing time. We rented a pontoon, rode the trails with our side by sides, fished, played games inside the bar and enjoyed the beach! Had the place to ourselves til Saturday when other guests and visitors arrived got too busy for our liking and left a night early. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We had access to the wifi also.
