Red Lobster

The best sea food restaurant. The food is amazing, fresh, and just tastes delicious. But don't forget about those biscuits. Great for family dinners. Although tends to be very busy.

Food and drinks were great as usual! I had the new petite ultimate feast!! It was the perfect amount! And then the waitress brought us out ice cream to celebrate our anniversary! Nice touch!

We've been going to Red Lobster for several years without a problem. Everyone is always so nice, attentive and the food is always enjoyable, until last night. After a long wait to be seated, which isn't unusual, we had a longer wait for our food. Our server, Alyssa, who was wonderful was so apologetic and explained that things had gone awry in the kitchen. We were patient and understanding until our food came out. The lobster was dried out, the steak overcooked and our sides were wrong. We asked to speak with the manager. She was so nice and determined to make our experience a good one. We were nice to her and we understood that things can go wrong. She got us new steaks, lobster and the right side. It was much better! Then we got our check and more than half of the bill was removed! We were stunned and pleased! They really went above and beyond to give us a better experience. Customer service at its best! We will be back!!

Our service was wonderful. Going on a week night is so much better than weekends. Week nights are not crowded or noisy. Plenty of food. One of us had the Admiral's Feast which is the Tuesday special fried shrimp, clams, bay scallops & flounder plus salad, choice of side and those scrumptious biscuits.
