(February 24, 2019, 9:59 pm)This was my first vist to a Potbelly's. Good quality food with a great variety of options, a bit on the expensive side. We ate there and the restaurant has a fun decor with older photos of the Racine area to enjoy. I agree with other reviews they were under staffed for dinner time but the wait wasn't horrible. I would dine there again.

(January 3, 2019, 12:44 am)I normally really enjoy potbelly’s and the food met my expectations both times I’ve been here, but quite honestly I won’t be returning for dinner anytime. Looking for a quick bite to eat in both instances, this place is understaffed at this time at night. Only 2 employees to manager in store, drive through, and online order. Employees were pleasant but our online order was late and we had to wait. Overall good food but don’t come for dinner if you’re in a rush.
