Always a great place to go to for fast food and friendly service. Love the Filet of Fish sandwiches and of course the fries. The new menu signs outside by the drive thru are a nice touch to the exterior and are easy to read.
Best Artisan Grilled Chicken sandwich I have ever had! All ingredients were just right. This is a locally owned franchise that loves to do business well and interact with the local community.
I wish I could give more stars to this location but the staff is extremely rude except for one guy. He has a fun mustache and is always cheery and makes my day. The rest of the window staff have bad attitudes, argue with you and blame it on the weather. It's a rare treat but now I'll just go to the lathrop location. At least they're nice.
Had a taste for a Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel with extra fried onions.
Also wanted a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes.
Neither item was present on the Video Menus. Stood in the line to place my order for 10 minutes . There were 3 people in front of me.
One guy wanted to order a Meal , asked for a parfait instead of the hash brown.
They told him NO.
He said that the just didn't want the hash brown at all, and that they could just throw his in the garbage.
They said he could buy a parfait, in addition to his Meal order , and that he could throw away the hash brown after they gave it to him.
They said that they do not throw out food just because a customer does not want the food.
That's good to know, because they could just be reselling that passed over hash brown on to the next customer and double down on hash browns profits, but no, they go the moral high ground way.
Customers should be responsible for their own hash browns .
For me, the breakfast gave me some serious indigestion ,and a wicked case of flatulence.
I expect a bout of THE TROTS is forthcoming very soon.
I Ate 2 super greezy hash browns myself, and am just now thinking that they may be the cause of my gastrointestinal issues.
Probably should have had a Parfait instead.
