Great little diner. Good food and prices. Super quick service. Friendly staff and owners.
Loved this place
Tucked away in a mall off Northwestern Ave., 50's theme, breakfast for am or lunch, reasonable meal costs. Our 2 granddaughters went for the M & M pancakes and were not disappointed. Special kudos to the chef for chicken noodle soup which was not too salty, which is a near miracle, and was graced with homemade noodles. Everyone wanted to eat grandpa's soup. And, they were shaped like homemade kluskis, little globs of tender cooked joy. I would visit this place again. Made me happy and light on the wallet. Good value.
Very good food place— food is always nice and tasty and the staff are always nice.
I’ve had issues with my take-out orders being messed up before but other than that everything is always pretty good. My family used to complain about management and we stopped coming here for a little while, however we did go back for a meal last weekend. Meal was really good and I enjoyed it. The place is a lot different than I remember and it’s definitely for the better.
Overall, this place is a great place to eat at and has great food. The only issue you may ever face is with the management, but it should be a good worthwhile visit.
Stopped in this morning to catch some breakfast. I ordered the steak and eggs The steak was juicy and delicious. The eggs were scrambled and fluffy, the pancakes were divine. This restaurant always provides excellent coffee no matter the time of day that you're going. If you happen to stop in on a Sunday it's well worth trying the lemon chicken soup.
Not sure why its taken me so long to write a review, considering I've been going here 1-2 times a week for the past year! I think I've tried almost everything on the menu, and everything has been absolutely great. Friday fish fry is a must and the soups are fantastic. Owners and staff are polite and friendly and do a lot to support the local community. They even know what drink I like and bring it out when I am seated without even having to ask! Couldn't recommend more!
