Blue Gillys Pancake Pier

Stopped here for lunch. Has a cool seaside vibe. Good service and food was great. I opted for the signature plate, bluegill and eggs, and was not disappointed. Bluegill was perfectly cooked, the tartar sauce tasted home made, the hash browns were crispy and tasty, and though the eggs were overcooked they quickly brought out a replacement cooked to my liking.

Large gluten free menu. As well as a gluten free kitchen. Great food and good prices. Service was awesome. A place to put on any list of regular place to grab a good meal

If you're looking for hospitality with great food go no further. Blue Gilly's is the place for Breakfast and lunch if you're in Edgerton. They have a great menu and an extensive offering of gluten free items with dedicated kitchen equipment so no issues of cross contamination. Everything is fresh and the staff treat you like family. Just prepare for a wait on the weekends but it's worth it.

This was a great find! Great tasting and very nicely priced! We were passing through and saw this place on Google Maps, gave it a try, our group was very pleased. I had their Denver omelette with pancakes. Everything was cooked well and served fast from professional and fast employees.
If I'm passing thru again, I'll gladly come back!

A great place for breakfast. Fast, friendly and great service. Not much to look at, but I would tell you to try Blue Gillys for the BEST pancakes and it will be with your time and money. Oh bye the way get there early,
