Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Potbelly is a good quick bite and this one was good. Bathroom was clean. I appreciated that.

Very friendly staff, quick service, and AMAZING! food

First time ever at a Potbelly. Food was good. Will go again, but not the Janesville store. I was the only one in the restaurant, there are 13 tables and a counter. Not one was clean. Three folks behind the counter doing nothing.

This is the first time we have ever been to a Potbelly's. They don't have them where we are from. We still gave them a four star because the food was great! Half the team had called out today so there were only two people working the whole place including the drive through. The shelves needed to be restocked and the bathrooms needed attention. They couldn't though because the place was busy. The seating area was clean. The two lady's working were very friendly but you could tell they were working super hard. Amy loved her sandwich and mine was really good too. Loaded bake potato soup was standard but hot and good. Would recommend everyone try it. They had a turduckin sandwich on the menu!!!
