Fuji Sushi and Steak House

as far as hibachi grills go, this place is really pretty good. We went there for Mother's Day and got seated immediately which I was quite surprised to see. They have a variety of options for gluten-free and shellfish free foods in addition to other dietary restrictions. just be sure to mention it to your waiter before food is brought out. The spider roll is really good, the sunny roll is very good, and tempura anything is a great choice. Try the hibachi meats with the sauces, so delicious! If you're interested in something new, get the hot green tea; it's a very wonderful flavor.

I ordered 2 different sushi rolls and I was very very impressed. They were beautiful and tasted amazing! I didnt realize that good of sushi was so close to home. I will most definitely be back again soon! The service was fantastic as well. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Our family loves this restaurant. Wait staff is amazing with our children, food is always exactly what we ask for and arrives quickly. We don't go for the hibachi side and always find that there is a wait for that. Sushi is great.

This was my first visit. Having been to benihana's before I can say this is even better. The decor is beautiful with a dedicated restaurant area, sushi area, bar area and the hibachi area. Our chef was very talented and pleasant the additional staff was also very kind and attentive. The lunch price was well worth it and the sushi we had amazing with no fishy taste from the seaweed wrap. Definitely looking forward to going back soon. Truly something different in our town.

Went for lunch. Pan fried pork dumplings were really great. Pork was really moist and supple, just as it should be, and dipping sauce was very well balanced.

One of the specials was a shrimp sushi roll topped with crab meat. Was good, but the fried shrimp inside was not fried to order, but most likely had been done that morning during prep. Was tasty, but for $14 just for that roll...I won't get it again. Just can't justify the price. Service and atmosphere were great.
