If I could put higher i would, the service was great, and even though there were hundreds of other people, we got our food fast, the order had nothing wrong, it was delicious as always, and they still did it with smile on their face. Amazing definitely going again. Side note, people are saying that its bad, because poor service and long lines, the poor service if there is, is because of the long lines, most of them never have worked at a ffr and this is their first time, and ranking someone on their first time doing something, to me is ridiculous.

They take food allergies seriously here! I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and cant have any gluten. We went through the drive thru last night and I asked about their waffle fries and some other questions, one of the managers has family who has the same disease so he knew what I was going through. In case anyone needs to know, their waffle fries are cooked in a dedicated separate fryer and they do not recycle their oil, so the waffle fries are gluten free! They were really nice and made sure that my allergies were taken seriously. I am so happy!

Had breakfast there this morning, it was pretty good. You can tell they just opened they don’t have the process down to a science yet, give them time they were working hard today. Overall my experience was very good.

I've been waiting for the Spicy Southwest Salad to make its way to Janesville. It was as good as I remember. Great job on handling the opening day craziness everyone!
