Starbucks

This place is always great! The baristas are so friendly, the service is always quick, & my order is always correct & delicious! I have never had a bad experience here!

The Starbucks by IHOP in Janesville should come shadow this one, maybe their service would be better, their baristas would not be so rude, & the unorganized chaos at that particular location could get fixed!

My drink tasted great and just like it does at every other Starbucks! I went inside to order and was pretty impressed with the store. It's nice and open, lots of seating and was very clean. The cashier (wish I would have gotten her name!) was super friendly and sweet. After I placed my order and paid, I went and used the bathroom really fast and was pleasantly surprised to find my drink already made and waiting for me at the pickup counter once I came back out. Service was great and super fast, even though the drive-thru line was a bit long. I sat in my car with my drink for a few minutes before heading out and noticed that the drive-thru line, although kind of long, never stopped moving. I will definitely be back to this location!
