Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I had never been to a Cracker Barrel before it was a really nice place kinda threw me off at first when we walked in the front door its a store that sells things from candy, food, clothing to outdoor furniture with a restaurant in the back.
I had a Chicken B.L.T. it was very tasty the hubby had Maple bacon jam burger he said it was so good he ate it in about 5 minutes.
The service was fast & good our waitress was very nice..

Had my first Cracker Barrel experience here. The staff were all lovely and really embodied southern hospitality - I'm curious if their southern accents were real. The food was very tasty and portions were hardy, all at a fair price. We came here for dinner, then ended up coming again the next morning for breakfast and both were great.

We’re currently staying across the street from Cracker Barrel and have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner all three days. I guess that says a lot about this location. Staff here are super friendly and the price you can’t beat. 6 for lunch for $60 can’t beat that. Edit this was a five star rating until our fourth day dining here went left. Maybe they got tired of seeing us I guess. Minus 2 stars for our last day dining here. The restaurant closes at 10pm and we arrived at 9am. We sat for 10 minutes before someone came to see us. We sat for another 15 minutes waiting for drinks. By the time we ordered or was 9:45pm. The waitress brought our food and said they were out of items so they substituted items for us. 1. How would they know if we were allergic to the item they substituted. 2. One should ask before substituting. 3 You’re next theme parks so you should be aware of the last minute dining dashers especially at 9pm. Lesson to us don’t expect much when you’re walking in an hour before folks go home I guess.

Cracker barrel is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. I have found all of them to be very consistent. We rarely get right in but that is okay because I enjoy browsing the gift shop. There have been a few times that the gift shop was packed with people waiting to get in and the wait was quite long. The wait here was not that long since they weren't very busy. Waitress was very nice, food good and served hot.
