Log Cabin Family Restaurant

The log cabin is a friendly place with good service but their cream pies seriously lack something as it's all cream and it doesn't taste like whipped cream it's almost flavorless and just like you're eating a mouthful of air, such as coconut cream is coconut thrown inside of cream that I think is made from oil and a banana cream only has a few pieces of bananas and doesn't have that nice banana cream filling it's mostly that oil fluff stuff, the chocolate cream taste like they put a lot of chocolate syrup inside of that same whipping cream but it's not like a true moose on the bottom like it should be. I have issues with their pies and if they perfected that and made some authentic pies that would be fabulous and then it would be a five star restaurant!. It is not worth the pies but their food and service is good. Sorry log cabin nothing personal but I do feel like I need to tell the truth since you're supposed to be known for your pies.

Very nice place. Not too fancy to cause you to dress up just a bit above casual. The food to good served hot. Wait staff is friendly and helpful. The building is built out of logs. Relaxing with great food!!

The food is always made from scratch clean food, no overly processed ingredients. Everything is fresh daily, desserts are take home ready and they are gluten friendly also which for me is awesome because I have always loved eating here. One never goes home hungry and always very happy. Beverages are also wide ranging and very appealing. Believe me lots to choose from you won't be disappointed for a family outing.

Had prime rib with garlic mashed and green beans. Plus a piece of pie. Even bought a whole pie to take home

Had to wait a while for a table, but once I got my food I understood why. They serve one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Their bread and pastries are made in house and are absolutely amazing and their brisket is fork tender and delicious. The staff is also made up of wonderful people many of whom are quick with a joke and will absolutely brighten any day. I will definitely be back!
