    Not at all happy with new lids and no straw unless you ask for one! This will not go well with our autistic grandson, who can only use a straw, if Starbucks eliminates straws altogether! And exactly how does one drink a frappe with no straw???

    The guy in the drive thru line was great. They were busy and had a line but he was so funny and nice. Chatting away with me while they finished my drink.
