J's Pub & Grill

My Ribeye steak had so much flavor and melted in my mouth. Will definitely be going back. Our server was very nice and made sure we were good while we waited, there was a mix up and everyone got there food before us but we had an appetizer and it gave us time to sit and talk and he made sure we knew our food was coming. So worth the wait!!

This is truly fine dining in the Reedsburg area. The food is second to none and the atmosphere is great. A nice spot to go for a classy lunch or dinner!

Why should you care what I think?
- I visited this restaurant while on a road trip with family.
- I love experiences while dining of great food and service...mostly service.
- I do not know the owner or any of the employees and I'm not from the area so this review is without bias.
- This was my first experience here.

What we had:
Pickle Fries and Cheese Curd appetizers. Main courses included Chicken Marsla and Shrimp Alfredo led with Southwestern Steak soup and salad.

Service:
Our server. Helen was so positive and gave expedient service! Other servers seemed to have great interactions with other patrons as well.

The atmosphere:
8pm Sunday. Quiet and reserved. Interior design was sophisticated and vintage.

Would I return?
Yes.

Great atmosphere. This place isnt in your face fancy, or the opposite. Just a great hometown place to stop at for your American fare and good drinks. The food is quality, to the point. Food that is made with good ingredients and a moderate selection that ensures freshness. The bar has a variety of drafts and bottles to suit your taste from strong 10oz. Russian Imperial Stout to Lakefront IPA. Eventually I want to try the desert but there's never any room.

Really nice restaurant. It was not what we expected based on the online description. It was much, much better. When we saw "Pub and Grill" we expected a bar that serves food. It was late on a Saturday night and most places were closed. We decided to give it a try. Thus us a sit down restaurant and it was amazing. I had steak, she had stuffed shrimp. We were both very happy with our meals. We would definitely return next time we are in Reedsburg.
