Pizza Hut

ordered mant times from sauk city pizza hut. phone service is poorly done at times and delivery is ok but getting what you order is a complete disaster. ive even finally called corporate office to complain and service was messed up once during i believe the three times supervisor/manager prepared food prior to my recieving. after that service went right back to wrong food , missig food, burnt badly, and just in geral poor service. anyone else getting wrong orders or am i just that lucky that it happens so often to myself??. its a bummer that is going on , because its the only place in town that delivers. im ready to call corporate again as im thinking of ordering tonite and if i continue to get this kind of service i will. i dont enjoy having half my order get cold while im waiting to get the right food to come to me in a second delivery. it ruins my meal as i like my food fresh and hot. i dont enjoy having to call them at evertime when i order. i dont expect it and i tell them right away that im not asking for a free food coupon or anything.but the fact that they dont even offer is also king of annoying as they should be doing the right order the first time and i usually order pretty much 1 of two orders. just bring the right fodd in good condition in a timely manner in first delivery so im getting what im paying for. its not a cheap place to order from to. begin with but the poor service really gets aggrivating. PLEASE, just bring me my food in one delivery so i have all my food together and hot.!!!

I recently ordered a pizza and it turned out to be really gross. BUT they remade it with no fuss and it was delicious! Great customer service

What happened to the good salad bar? Soggy lettuce! No eggs, peas or sunflower seeds like they had in the past. Our pizza was good, server was friendly but a bit slow. Not worth the $40 bill.
