    Great food but could be a little faster.

    This is a decent Arby's. Like every other restaurant in the Dells during summer, be patient with the cashiers because they most likely new. The food was good but the fries tasted like the fryer was using old oil.

    This Arby's has THEE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!! The cashier named Mimi is one in a million and you should definitely do whatever it takes to keep her on your staff! My son also had an amazing interaction with Chad when he was complimenting Mimi's Service! Hats off to this team! I will even recommend this Arby's in my home town three hours away! It's worth the drive! Thank you Mimi and Chad for making us feel so welcome!!
