Summer House Grill & Bar

We absolutely loved this place! It has a gorgeous view right on the lake, and is extremely peaceful and cozy. The staff is pleasant, and the establishment is clean and welcoming. They also bring in live music by great local musicians. The chicken sandwich and fries were delicious, too. Our friend recommended Summer House Grill & Bar from a friend, and it was well worth the trip. Kind of a hidden treasure.

Beautiful view with above-average bar food and entrees. Busy place. Friendly staff and service. Cheese curds are there best appetizer, fish is okay, steak frites is excellent. Drinks are cold and refreshing. Worth a try if you're in the area

Beautiful facility and location! Sat on the outside deck. There seemed to be some confusion of which service staff was responsible for areas or tables. So we waited for about 20 minutes. It was a beautiful day out. Our server Tasha was very cheerful and accommodating. She quickly apologized for us waiting. We ordered a few glasses of wine and had two appetizers. We had the chicken wings which were very good. And the avocado toast. Our only complaint on the avocado toast was the poached egg was cooked Softly. It would be nice to know the egg is poached soft instead of being hard cooked.When order this menu item... all in all we had a great time and the food and service was great, flavorful and fresh!

Finished a round of golf at Wild Rock in the Wilderness and wanted to eat at a local restaurant/bar vs. a typical chain restaurant. Saw Summer House Grill pop up in a quick search and headed down the road (5 minutes from the golf course).

Very clean establishment. Indoor dining area is pretty small, but there is an extensive patio overlooking the lake. Would have sat outside but it was cloudy and 55. I’ve had a craving for a seafood roll for quite some time, so I tried the crab/shrimp roll. Excellent flavor. Washed it down with a pint of Spotted Cow. Service was knowledgeable and quick. Will certainly be back when I’m in the area again, hopefully to check out the patio this time!

The food here is fantastic and the people serving it are even more amazing! I love the setup overlooking Lake Delton. I will definitely be back and hopefully it will be warm enough to sit outside the next time I am in. I would love to enjoy more of that view.
