Great food, fun atmosphere, quick service. I appreciated that they offer a pre-dinner plate and rolls with dinner. Service is friendly and helpful. You are able to make reservations ahead of time, so take advantage of the option if you can.

I really wish I could give this place a higher rating as it’s one of the few remaining old fashioned supper clubs in Hayward. The waitress was great and we were seated immediately. We were a party of six. Unfortunately the food was just so so and we had a variety of dishes. Most were a bit dry including the special of the day. Desert however was outstanding. Our rating system is really based on one question: “would we go back?” The answer ... no.

Nice atmosphere, great food, personable staff

Nice old supper club located just outside of Hayward. Flowers surrounding the building were lovely! We arrived after a long day of exploring the northwoods hoping to experience a nice dinner.
When we approached the hostess stand stating we were a party of 4 the woman asked if we had a reservation. No, we did not. After she made it feel like we were dumb for just showing up as there were plenty of names on her list already and she was unsure if we should be seated she gave us a table someone else didn't want (her words).
I get having to figure out the timing for your kitchen. But making guests feel less than welcome upon arrival might not be best.
Prices are higher than other supper clubs we've visited in the area. They do offer split plates for a fee but if you are looking to eat a steak dinner expect around $50 a plate all said and done if you enjoy a cocktail at dinner.
Steaks were cooked to perfection and were very good and our server was kind and hustled all night.
I like the places around the northwoods that make you feel at home and that they truly appreciate your business. First impressions are everything.
