    Informative and delicious. History of the industry that helped to build the city of Plymouth, along with souvenirs and yummy food featuring, you guessed it, CHEESE.

    This is a very nice place for cheese ???? and cheese ???? souvenirs. Lots of good history about the local cheese ???? scene. There’s a nice lunch counter along with cheese ???? to purchase. Also a good selection of cheese ???? hats too.

    Highly recommend the grilled cheese and getting a scoop of ice cream! They also sell a product called dairy fudge, which is delicious! Get some Jolly Good soda while you are there.

    Nice little shop with a variety of Wisonconsin cheeses. The Sartori cheese is the best! There are also lots of little Wisconsin souvenirs. I especially love the little “cafe” where you can buy grilled cheese, cheese soups, and ice cream! Everything is very affordable and it’s family friendly.
