I decided to treat myself seeing my wife was on a spa getaway. So off to Art's! First time visitor. The lady behind the counter was very friendly, as were the two gentlemen from the kitchen. They gave me a little background and about how they came to be operating in their present location. And they even offered samples to taste test. I chose the Pork Rib Dinner. With Mac & Greens for the sides. Loved it!
Delicious food, great prices, and friendly staff! My fiancé and I had heard wonderful things, so we decided to try and we were not disappointed. The cornbread?? SO GOOD! He had ribs, (delicious),and I had pulled pork (melt in your mouth, good). We were lucky enough to go when the owner was there and he was extremely friendly and so was the sweet girl behind the counter. We will be back many times!
My family went to Art's BBQ for the first time tonight. We were disappointed that restaurant seating isn't yet available, but the food DID NOT disappoint. We had the beef brisket and it was nicely smoked and tender. The portion sizes are huge! The BBQ sauce is a nice mix of sweet and tangy and was a hit with our family. The mac and cheese is clearly homemade and very well executed. The seasoned green beans are made with fresh green beans. So in short, the chefs use high quality fresh ingredients and I highly recommend giving Art's BBQ a try.
Friendly staff and great food. Brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were meaty and tasty as well as the brisket nachos. Best BBQ spot in Sheboygan. And now selling meat by the pound, couldn't ask for more for my money. Stop in and fill up on some great BBQ and Smoked flavor as well as they're homemade sides.
Could not wait to try this place, and I was not disappointed. Had 1 order of Ribs with Yams and Green beans. Very distinct flavor of Hickory and vinegar with the sweet sauce was awesome. The other order I had was the Tenderloin with beans and Mac N Cheese. The Tenderloin was out of this world good. The beans are very good a little sweet but very good. The Mac N Cheese could use a few more scrapes like pork or brisket, otherwise cheesy. Too Bad they do not do chicken, I would like to buy their sauce separately and make on some Yard Bird. Try this place out.
