After a rocky start, this location has gotten better and better.

Store is being managed better than the last Yahoo they had.
Don't see employees on their phones anymore. Employees are a little more attentive and do serve you right as you come in.
Employees seem to be better trained and a little more knowledgeable about their job
Most of the time they have a good crew working.
Food and drinks are better than they have been in the past. I'll eat and drink here more than some other Sheboygan places. As long as the employee goes by the book food and drinks will come out great.
Bathroom still could use attention but I don't feel like I'll catch something by using it. All the tables don't have chairs but I was informed by management that they keep on breaking. They did have all the chairs about a month ago but now they don't but have more than they did a year ago. The franchise owner needs to stop buying cheap chairs and buy sturdy ones that will last is all. Better place to go than a year ago. I would recommend this place to others for a decent place to get coffee and donuts.

Managed horribly
Employees on their personal cell phones while working.
Employees seem to be under trained by not being knowledgeable about basic jobs.
A few good employees but not all.
Food and drink inconsistencies (inproperly made).
Bathroom pretty messy almost as if it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.
Lobby has tables that have no chairs to sit down at . All and all many places that can be improved upon. Wouldn't recommend until all is fixed.

I love their cookie dough ice coffee. My best friend brought me one to work now I stop there everyday before work. Great service & quick service.
