DJ's

DJ's has a very simple, warm, homey vibe. As someone who's visited small family restaurants in Mexico, DJs makes me feel like I've just stepped back across the boarder in all the best ways. The food here is great too, with their guacamole being a traditional dish that my wife and I always look forward to whenever we pass through Baldwin. I have yet to sample every dish, but from their tamals to their enchiladas, everything is cooked with love and great flavors. I cannot reccomend enough.

The food here is fantastic. The people are awesome. They even have a selection of groceries and goodies here that are uncommon to find other places. Love the burritos and Ben's Enchiladas. The Molé is delicious too. Don't forget to get some fresh guacamole too.

A small, cozy restaurant divided into & couple of rooms, DJ's always serves fresh & delicious Mexican food. Jenny & David are friendly & charming hosts with welcoming smiles. You can also buy handmade Guatemalan crafts as well as items for your Mexican pantry. 5-stars for the enchiladas with mole & the tamales wrapped & cooked in traditional corn husks.

Amazing surprise to find this gem in lil Baldwin. Maybe the best mole I've had in this part of the world. All hand made. The owner (Jenny, I think?) is the kindest business owner/human I've met in this town. You'll feel right at home the moment you walk in!
