(October 8, 2019, 2:37 pm)This is my favorite coffee chain. I miss the days of buy one get on free but the perks program is still pretty good. I have found that Caribou is consistently a good place to work on my computer projects. The food and coffee is good.

However this is the third time I have ordered a large latte and come to find the cup is only half full and I don't mean because of the foam there is just literally about 10 oz of actual latte in the cup. If I am going to pay $6 for a beverage I at the very least expect a full cup. Give your customers what they pay for.

They are professional, yet they have the kinds of sparkling, bubbly personalities that make you feel welcome and valued. Besides the fact that I get a yummy coffee or tea when I leave, I also get the sense that my business and mere presence is appreciated. Keep it up!!
