“Carbones was good with primarily thin crust. Try the pizza sandwiches if you don't have time to snag a whole pie. The pizza was tasty, toppings were fresh but it was a bit salty. We liked the appetizers. Carbones is attached to a bar on the river side and I wish we had known that.”

“We have had a lunch here recently. The pianist was playing and singing one song. But the next song he was even playing harmonica. We have enjoyed listening to him. Our food was good. I loved my pasta with shrimp. My husband had chicken it was good but a little bit tough. You have an amazing interior. Definitely will come to this place again”

“I used a company card at this location and lost my receipt. A full month later when I noticed and was about to be in a lot of trouble, I called the location for help. The manager Sarah was amazing. Not only was she able to quickly retrieve a copy of the transaction, but she was very pleasant and friendly about the entire situation. There are a lot of food businesses in Hudson, but her service stood out and I will be a return customer!”

“I like Panda Express. We usually get a family dinner that includes three entrees and two sides like fried rice or lo mein. That feeds three big appetites plus there's a lot of leftovers. That runs about $35 or about the same amount as 5 Guys for three people excluding their delicious malts (love their burgers and fries as well!). Anybody else craving a California Cheese Burger with extra onions and Fresh French Fries covered in salt and malt vinegar?? Oops sorry ???? I'll get back on point. I'm always happy at the Panda and feel like I'm eating healthier. But choose wisely grasshopper, there is much hidden sodium and fat at the Panda. For instance if you're getting some deep fried chicken covered in a sugar sauce probably not a great choice. The teriyaki chicken thighs are one of my favorites!!”

“The chicken sandwich was 1690 sodium. I wish I looked it up before I ate it and 560 and fat. Chicken was good. I thought it tasted way to salty. I got the spicy. The bun took a dumpster dive, if you ask me. They could have a better bun. I broke down and ordered the slaw and I sure wish I hadn't, stunk, $2.98 or so, for a baby cup. I couldn't believe that either! Thing's need to get a lot healthier! I won't go back!)”
