These people are INSANELY NICE!!!! I drive the extra little bit out of my way just to go here because the customer service is awesome EVERY SINGLE TIME!
My coffee is always perfect, the staff are always friendly, and I never have to wait too long.

I'm absolutely in love with blended coffee!!!!. I usually get Vanilla or Caramel. I used to be Starbucks everything but I'll say Caribou is truly wonderful!!! I made the switch!I wanted to share an amazing picture I captured. This was my Vanilla Frappuccino! My friend had gone up and grabbed it so I didn't catch the name of Barista who made it but keep up the awesome work Caribou and what a great addition to New Richmond this drive through is! We will return in the future!

This Caribou is one of the cutest outdoor seating areas I have had the pleasure of visiting. Though I did not see any indoor seating the patio is quite welcoming, the food was delightful and my friend and I sat for hours chatting about business and life. Did I mention the adorable pup cup they provided for my sweet Olivia; which she loved by the way! Thank you for your kind smiles at the window 😀
