Manny's Parkside

Our best friends brought us here when visiting this past weekend and we loved this place. We ordered appetizers consisting of the cheese curds and cod cakes and found them both to be delicious. Our server was both attentive and knowledgeable about the entire menu. We appreciated the wood fire they had going outside and the additional fireplace indoors. My old fashion was heavy poured and mixed well. We'll definitely return our next time up.

Manny’s brings a touch of class to the Northwoods. The restaurant has been newly remodeled, therefore very clean. There’s an out side bar (yahoo) which is very fun with a stage and live entertainment. Other fun stuff like volleyball and horseshoe pits still under construction. The menu is like a breath of fresh air. If you’re looking for bar food, look elsewhere. With that being said….. get out your wallet because it doesn’t come by cheap, probably one of the highest priced as far as drinks I’ve come across and I’m a local. I do appreciate the out of the box thinking for this establishment not often found in our area, maybe others will follow and offer more of a selection as far as drinks, food items and atmosphere. I have been there twice, both times was a good experience. Well done Manny’s.

One thing that needs improvement right out of the box is their reservation system which is all online. I tried to make adjustments to the reservation and was unsuccessful. It wasn’t clear as to why I couldn’t change it. I did call and left a message (which is all you can do) and someone did call me back a day later.

Manny's Parkside in Manitowish Waters! Wow! Excellent ambiance, outside seating, live music, great service and incredible food!! We enjoyed live music at the restaurant and more live music next door at the park. The pickled and fried deviled egg appetizer was flipping deelish. The smoked meatloaf and Chicken Piccata were amazing. The Hoho dessert was phenomenal and our server, Peggy, was fabulous. Oh, and best Old-fashioned drink we've ever tasted.

We visited Manny's for the first time this 4th of July weekend. We have been long time vacation home owners in the area and we where excited to try a new place.

The interior is remodeled, clean, and provides a great all around atmosphere. Although we didn't make it to the outside bar, the area it looked great.

Our drinks were great as well. We tried both the Wisconsin and extra orange old fashioneds. Both were good but I would recommend the extra orange.

The food was all fantastic. For an appetizer we tried the Parkside Board. Very good. For entress we had a few burgers and the smoked meatloaf. All items were great.
