    If you haven't eaten Carolyn's food, you are I for a great treat. Ribs, red beans and rice, and the Fat Tuesday sandwich are unforgettable!

    We we're looking for some local places to eat at and found this one on tripe advisor. Simple little eatery, but big bold flavor. Unfortunately, they didn't have the Fat Tuesdays I wanted to try at the time. I chose Jambalaya and my husband had BBQ pork sandwich instead. They were both so tasty. I think the best Jambalaya I ever had! I can't wait to come back for the Fat Tuesday at night! Hidden secret in town! If you haven't try them, you are missed out!
