Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Our Server was wonderful! But Management needs to get on the ball it took an Hour and a half to get our food and the food came out cold. Our poor waiter is getting yelled at by customers and it’s not his fault! The manager would not even come to any table and see what was wrong. It’s a shame because I brought my mono here for a nice Sunday lunch and I have never had such Bad food from this place!

The food is always good at this location but our last few visits we noticed a decline in service. The restaurant wasn't real busy, yet waited almost 15 minutes for a server to appear and then another 15 to get a coffee, water and tea. Food took unusually long as well. I experienced this in the evening hours so possibly breakfast and lunch are better. Also, all the dirty tables sat around us with nobody clearing them. Either the manager wasn't on site or didn't care.

Always like seeing what's new in the gift shop. It's amazing what cute kids& adult clothes they have. Lots of knickknack/decorator items, books, toys, games, & candy. Can also purchase their pancake mix & real maple syrup. Food is no big deal, it depends on who is cooking on how it is prepared. Pancakes used to be light& fluffy, but the last two times they are kinda flat and oily tasting, like the oil wasn't hot enough when the batter was poured into the pan. Food looks better in their pictures than what's delivered to the table. Enjoy free refills on drinks. Service is good & food always arrives hot.
