Best mom and pop type restaurant in Hartford. Prices have crept up in recent yrs but that could be because of the Rona. Still, in all the yrs I have been going there I have yet to have a single bad meal, highly recommended.

Great food, the lightest, fluffiest pancakes we ever had! The southwest skillet was incredible. The garden skillet was great but I wish they would have cooked it just a little bit longer. It was not under cooked, that's just my personal preference, I would have liked the veggies caramelized a little. The wait staff was the best I have encountered in a LONG time. Very courteous and attentive, checked on us often. Our server Izzy was tremendous. Another server, Jade, bumped my chair (which did not bother me, they were busy) and she actually came back a few minutes later and apologized very politely. Even the hostess was well spoken and courteous. It seems like very few young people have manners and people skills like that anymore. If you're just passing thru Hartford, this is the place you want to stop. If you live in the area and haven't tried it yet, you're missing out!
