Firehouse Subs West Bend Center

Their food has been good. Also, I have not had a bad experience there yet. Staff is friendly and helpful!!!

Came here with a couple buddies for lunch after an extended late night shift. We all have had Firehouse subs in the past so we knew we were going to get delicious subs. We were not let down!

The service was friendly and I could tell they were well staffed. I'm sure you, reader, have also witnessed restaurants that had one or two employees only working when it was lunch hour. This was not the case for Firehouse. They were friendly, well staffed, food was good as always, and the place was clean. It's comforting that a company such as this is good across the board. I've been to other Firehouse Subs locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and California. All were good!

The atmosphere was entertaining, with firefighter tools for decor, history, pictures, etc. The branding is extremely nice; very cohesive and suitable for a firefighter theme. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and the food was warm and delicious. I ordered the Virginia Honey Ham sub. It was beyond good; I read that they steam their hot sandwiches, which helps release additional flavors. It certainly did just that! It was very nice being able to support a sandwich shop that supports firefighters. I can't wait to return. I like this place better than Subway. They're doing something right; they're looking to expand. Anyone interested in opening a Firehouse Subs franchise? Help support this cause, that began by 2 firefighter brothers!

Pretty good subs and an awesome mission. Both times I've been here the owner was there talking with guests and even cleaning tables even though the place has more than enough staff. I didn't get to chat with the owner on either visit, but thanks for caring as much as you do.

Really no different than any other Firehouse subs location. It's nice that it's consistent quality and service even with locations in other states. I recommend Firehouse to tons of people because I don't think you can get disappointed honestly... the subs are great! So glad one was built in West Bend!
