Billy Sims Barbecue

3 of us went there on lunch and each got the 3 meat sampler. Ribs, brisket and pulled pork were all delicious. Service was good, Mac and cheese was good and my coworker liked the beans. Sweet corn was just alright.

Just had the ribs and they were Amazing! We ordered ahead and everything was hot and ready to go. The loaded baked potato had smoked brisket as a topping which I never even thought about doing. I've been a chef and made tons of ribs in my life and these were the best I've had and everyone I shared with said the same thing. Billy for the WIN

Just stopped for the first time today. Friendly workers. My husband very much liked his Heisman sandwich made with pulled pork. I thought that my Triple 20 sandwich was very good. Large sandwiches. We were a bit underwhelmed by the loaded potato salad. It’s ok. Nothing special. Just our opinion! Will definitely be going back!

The restaurant smelled wonderful. My lunch break was only 35 minutes long and after waiting 15-20 minutes in line I decided to leave for Subway. Bummed I wasn’t able to try anything.

The atmosphere was positive. The employees were quiet (which was weird). There is no sense of urgency here. With 6 visible people in the restaurant there were only 2 actually working on line. Tell the manager to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty! I didn’t enjoy seeing him rock on his heels overseeing his employees.
