The Barton House

I love to come here for the packer game or any day really! Everyone is super friendly and ashlynn is a sweet smiley face when you first come in. Highly recommend for food or drinks or both!

Food was wonderful! I do not normally order a burger because often they are greasy and over done. But not at Barton House! My cheeseburger was perfect! It honestly, was one of the best burgers I have had at any restaurant. Service was wonderful. I highly recommend. I love supporting local ! You can tell the owner has worked hard to bring this great restaurant to our community.. We will be back.

Here is my promised review from dinner last night with my boys.
I would highly encourage you to start with an order or two of the House Dipped Ellworth White Cheddar Beer Battered & Fried Curds! This is one I think even Sam Buschman would love!

Last night's Packer Special was $5/lb for Jumbo Wings (usually offered on Wednesday). I am glad we enjoyed the #wings because we can all agree there was nothing special about the Pack last night. 😭
My 10 year old son is the self proclaimed wing eating guru. It is his go to food of choice! He rates every place we go on a scale of one to ten. He gave the wings last night an overall score of 9! (P.S. Only dad's hot wings at home rate higher than a 9 😉 I get like 100 lol) Some of the flavors varied on his scale, since he doesn't handle heat all that well.
Here are all the sauces we tried last night.
-Sweet Thai Chili (this was actually the most spicy but it was also my favorite)
-Buffalo (just enough spice to let you eat more)
-BBQ (tangy and really delicious, this was my younger kids favorite)
-Garlic Parmesan (yet another really tasty wing)
-Teriyaki (pretty great flavor this was my older son's favorite)
So you can see we were all over the place with favorites! My suggestion go in on a Wednesday and try them all! You can get 5lbs of wings for $25! Come on man that is a STEAL!

Don't over eat! They have DESSERT and you are going to want some! We tried the Southern Strawberry Short Cake (wish I could tell you more but I barely snuck a bite of the biscuit before my kids finished it.) I did however get to enjoy the Carrot Cake which is made locally by Blissful Bites. Steve Donaldson It was delicious you need to get in there soon and try a slice!

I am looking forward to a return trip to really test out the menu and give you more feedback. Better yet you go and post about it for ME! I dare you! Enjoy!

I've been here twice and both times it was great. First time I had the steak sandwich and it was so tender and tasted amazing. The second time was today and I ordered the giant wings. They were delicious and the price was such a deal. The bartenders were great both times as well! Definitely going back!!

Definitely different from the Long Branch but awesome to see Chris still in the kitchen and new faces making it happen! Ashland was beyond friendly! Great service to my kids! Big score! My daughter was so happy to see the mozzarella sticks are still BIG and delicious and even ventured out on onion rings! Nice to step back in after so long.
