Parkside 23

Great place for dinner. Service was exceptional. Allison was amazing. Food was quick and delicious. The band was a perfect addition. The look outside and inside is very classy but dining is very much casual. Many families were there the night I went. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent restaurant that focuses on farm to table ingredients and excellent recipes. The ambience is calm and relaxing with a hearty chatter in the background. The service was quick and efficient. Great food. The Monday burger special was cooked to perfection. Will visit again.

The menu is on the pricier side, but the ingredients and expertise behind their craft is more than enough to justify it. I've always been thoroughly impressed by the quality of food and the service presented here at Parkside 23. Willie, one of the chefs, is especially courteous, kind and talented. Stop by if you have the chance! Try to avoid busier nights, though, as they won't take reservations and the wait can be quite cumbersome.

It's a really cozy and relaxed place that looks like an upscale restaurant, but everyone is in casual attire. Menu is a little limited, but what's on there is great. Our waiter was friendly and actually cared if we were happy with everything. Really great customer service from him! We will be back.

UPDATE! Last night we had my birthday dinner, take 2, at Parkside 23, with the other 3 couples that went through the traumatic evening a few weeks ago with me. The "experience" that we were offered to make up for their employees inappropriateness, was an AMAZING experience! From the moment we entered, the customer service was exceptional! We had a special table near the kitchen and a special menu with wine pairings. Each time a course was brought out, the chef, Chef Kyle, came out and talked about the ingredients and how it was specially prepared. He was very personable and gave us all the time we wanted. I commend the owners/management for how they handled the situation and how seriously they took it. This was not cheap for them to do. Everything was comped. Those of us in the customer service business, know how important it is to make the customer happy. Parkside 23 earned their 5 star rating back from me. I plan on being a happy customer for years to come!
