Vino Cappuccino

We have always enjoyed the atmosphere at VC on a Friday/Saturday night with a fire blazing and the piano playing. It's warm and cozy. The food is good and service is adequate. What surprises me is the lack of a trained bartender behind the bar on a busy weekend evening. I observed each of the waitstaff using a binder of recipes to mix the drinks for their individual tables. If I'm being charged $12 for a cocktail, I expect it to be made by an experienced bartender, not a waiter/waitress reading from a recipe. This is not the first time this situation has occurred here.

Such a cute restaurant. The parking is difficult sometimes depending on what time you get there. Have had the pizza, calamari, and different pasta dishes. They have some good specials depending on the day of the week. The service is on the slower side, so if you have a specific timeline, make sure to tell your server.

Cozy Italian restaurant in a nice nook of Elm Grove. Food is well done, friendly staff. A great place for a romantic night out. They have a cool covered patio and a fireplace inside. You can just cozy up to the bar. They have live piano as well.

Delicious food (lobster ravioli and pizza were great) and cocktails! A bit disappointed in the service at our table (started at the bar and bartender was great).

After we got our food, our server seemed to completely forget about us and we were left waiting. It was a busy night and hope to try it again with different service.

I was here today for a business meeting and was impressed with how well they handled quite a crowd. It was a perfect venue for a business lunch. I had a delicious burger which had a charcoal grilled flavor which is #1. I'm looking forward to the summer when their patio can be enjoyed.
