I really liked the place and service by Jenni(Jennifer) with her pleasant smile on her beautiful face. Food is delicious and enjoyed blue moon. Service was quick compared to other competitors around.
Chili's is one of my favorite go to restaurants. Unfortunately, this visit was not that great. I ordered the dry rub ribs which were EXTREMELY salty. The chips that came with the salsa were so salty you can feel the salt on them. Lastly, if there was any hope for the fries both of our order of fries were salty. It was overall a bad experience.
Outstanding menu with many specials to select from sf very reasonable prices. Plus sing up for there membership and get a generous portion of free chips and salsa every time you visit. We have never been disappointed with their service or food.
I usually sit at the bar as a loan traveler; usually a lively place compared to a table for one. Today at lunch they had the bartender working in the kitchen. Shed pop out occasionally but it felt like we few customers at the bar were in the way of food prep.
I had my good tasting burger and fries with one beer (instead of mytypical two) and left. Not likely to revisit that Chilli's for lunch again.
I've never had a bad experience at a Chili's. The food is good for the price and they've done a nice job keeping their menu fresh. I had the chicken fajitas during this visit served on the hot iron skillet. The one thing I do want to mention is the menu choices. There are too many, and makes ordering a bit of a chore. It also made it tough on our server. He had to go back twice to the kitchen for missing sides and sauces. I see that you're attempting to give a customized experience, but the menu is starting to get overly complicated. Next round of improvements should go to simplifying your menu.
