    Terrible customer service today with what should have been a very simple customer request. I asked for lettuce and they were almost out and the employee simply pointed to the empty container and shrugged her shoulders. I asked the cashier if there was more lettuce and she walked over to the fridge and grabbed a new container. She asked the other employee to put more on my order and the employee put on approximately 7 pieces and then gave me a mean smile. This all sounds silly but it was a very mean encounter when she was going to have to get more lettuce for the guy behind me anyhow. To me it is indicative of poor customer service and lack of training. I will go to another restaurant next time.

    Very good food and customer service and they management knows me and my co worker by name (yes I frequent this place that much) however this visit was with a new hire crew(I'm guessing). Made me wait ten minutes before they even took my order(no other customer's in front of me), then messed up my order twice and had the nerve to tell me to have some patience. Raiting due to on my next visit the familiar manager who knows me by name talking to me about the situation and rectifying it with a 10.00 gift card and promise that it will never occur again.

    Since they remodeled the building has been great. Service is always quick at this location which is exactly what I'm looking for when going to a Qdoba. I would definitely recommend this one if you're close by
