KFC

The staff was super nice but they told me it would take 15 minutes to make my food and it ended up taking over 30 minutes. That's not a big deal but I wish they would have checked in with me after 15-20 minutes to just let me know they were running behind because I had started to worry.

A lot better from previous visits. Men's RR was down. Food a lot better.

Fried chicken staple for decades. Not many chains left anymore. The store in Brookfield isn't bad, service was polite and fast. This location actually had chicken made! I considered that a bonus. Chicken was standard KFC variety. The chocolate chip cookies has gone down hill, there are either under baked and doughy or dried out and hard.

I love the food at KFC but the staff is always spotty. Most of the people I deal with care about their job and it shows, however their is always one who sets a bad vibe. Now I do not hold KFC personally responsible for it's one misguided employee, but this is a review of the specific location so I will provide an accurate assessment of the quality of service I received. I ordered a famous bowl minus chicken because I'm a vegetarian and I received a famous bowl with chicken. I Informed the staff at the counter and she was dumbfounded that I ordered a famous bowl without chicken. Keep in mind chicken is added to the bowl it's not included during production so it's easy to just not add chicken. Well...on the second attempt I again received a famous bowl with chicken at this point I Informed the counter staff again and the level of bad attitude I received was as if I just keyed the person's car. It made me feel ashamed to be a vegetarian. On the third attempt my order was correct, however it appeared I had received a half full bowl of mashed potatoes and corn with very little cheese. Granted all KFC locations are NOT the same, but I will not be visiting this specific location again for some time.
