Sandwiches and soup are good but pricey. Usually crowded and the service is slow, but sometime under staffed.
The baggets and bagels are good, but again pricey.
I wanted to leave a good review so badly, but ultimately I was disappointed when I had lunch here today with my family. The bad: the "Manager In Training" who took my order seemed disorganized and made a number of assumptions. He was very friendly, but when my wife ordered two suffles, he assumed that was for me as well and I had to tell him we were not done ordering after he gave us the total. Then when I ordered a sandwich and a cup of soup, he gave me a "pick 2" which is a half sandwich. Sorry, but I'm not a half anything kind of person, so I was left hungry. Lastly, they screwed up the PB&J for my 4 y/o. It was light on peanut butter and overloaded with jelly, which came squishing out and made a giant sticky mess. It was almost inedible and was quite upsetting for my little guy. The good: Myrna ( I hope I have the correct spelling for her name) was AMAZING in her customer service. Super friendly, speedy, and made sure we we're well taken care of after the debacle with our ordering. She should be a manager in training. I love Panera's food, but did not love this location.
Not a bad place to go. I usually don't visit panera but did this time. The lady taking our order was very friendly and the food was good.
I purchased a pastry ring for the office and it was devoured by noon. People really liked it. It had multiple flavors to choose from within the ring. Essentially, each slice had its own flavor. There were a total of 3 flavors.
