Easter of 2019 the Food was very good, the service was mediocre. Upon arrival with only 6 people in front of us, it took a while to even be greeted much less seated at a table. Will definately return based on the food and fresh pies.
This should really be a 4.7, but the foods and general aesthetic of this place are amazing and calming. The food tastes phenomenal, and their pies are to die for. My one complaint is that food portions are enormous! Like, larger than normal dining out portians. Other than that, stupendous restaurant, would recommend!
Bluemound rd. Bakers square is very welcoming and really caters to handicapped and elderly. The restaurant has recently been remodeled and is clean and comfortable . The lighting is very natural not to blaring in your eyes and not too low that you can't see your plate . There are big windows so you can see to the outside watch the traffic go by . The staff is so very accommodating. The table next to it sounded like a clipart of Five Easy Pieces I don't want this change this to that don't put this on the plate over there and just needs a separate plate. The waitress went above and beyond in her actions and her voice tone as if she was talking to her grandparents in the most kindly of fashions. This was between the hours of 330 + 4:30 in the afternoon. They assisted people down the ramp with their Wheelchairs and walkers and they joked about it being mathematical pie day. The Isles are wide enough to navigate through there is two options of seeding in a booth or at a table with chairs the chairs are very sturdy for accommodating a person of 300-plus pounds. There is also a small child and the child of about 7 or 8 once again the waitress went above and beyond the Call of Duty to keep them occupied and to get their food to them fast so that the children would not be disruptive to the rest of the restaurant. So if you're looking for great pie not just mediocre by great with a wide range of flavors and styles to pick from and you want to bring your parents or grandparents this is the place for you. Wednesday There's always free pie with the purchase of an entree.
The entrees, one eggs Benedict, and one Chicken Mediterranean Salad were good. The service was good. The Banana Cream pie was good. The French Silk Pie tasted okay. It is usually a favorite but didn't seem fresh today.
This is the best bakers square I have ever dined at. It has been awhile, however I use to work at the one in Greenfield and this building puts it to shame! The entrance is decorated nicely with ample room for guests coming in for pie and to go pick ups. The booths match the cool blue tones throughout the walls and lamps. It has a large dining area that was extremely open with large booths and tables for bigger parties. Our server Claire was very quick, our 4squares breakfast were nice and hot, and last but not least...I had to order a slice of coconut pie to go for a tasty treat later!????????
