What happened to Cousins?
The sandwiches used to be hearty and well made. Definitely worth the price.
Today, we bought :
1/2 Steak, bacon, mushroom, swiss
1/2 Philly Cheese Steak
1/2 Tuna.
1st sammich: the 2 strips of bacon were placed on top of each other and the bistro sauce was put on in a single line so it was missing on most the sammich bites.
2nd sammich: nothing missing, except flavor. We miss your original Philly Cheese Steak (for a while you offered it as an Italian Cheese Steak). Definitely one our favorite sandwiches from Cousins. PLEASE bring it back!!
3rd sammich: most disappointing. Very little tuna, what was there was fishy tasting and I thought it was supposed to have some onion!? Lacked any flavor other than belly meat tuna, and with the skimpy portion of tuna it was D R Y.
I admit, this complaint has been festering with us for too many years, so now we don't patronize Cousins as much, but we kept hoping corporate would see the light and return to what made you a great choice in the first place.
What happened to make you so blah/blasé?

Very friendly and willing

My family loves to eat at Cousins. The food is always good at every locations we have tried. Even when friends and family come from out of town cousins is a places they always want to eat at before they go home!
