Dave's Hot Chicken

I’ve been here twice & I have been impressed each time. Even though the line was long, it was to be expected since they just opened the store. The customer service is great and they have enough staff to keep things moving along. We were greeted by Hanna when we walked in & she even checked on us to see if the food was good. The wait time for food after ordering wasn’t long at all! When the food came out, it was nice & fresh. I will DEFINITELY be back again.

Okay, have you heard about the new chicken place in the Milwaukee area? If not let me tell you all about it, Dave's Hot Chicken is a great place to satisfy your Nashville hot style of chicken. With different heat levels to satisfy the novice heat seeker to the extreme starting from No spice all the way to reaper, you're sure to find something to tickle your fancy if you are desiring heat! The menu is very small but packs a mighty punch from chicken sliders to half a chicken breast sized tenders and even some sides like mac and cheese and kale slaw. The chicken sandwiches is very delicious and sauced nicely, there small but a nice size handful and the tenders will definitely fill you up. Dave’s hot chicken was an amazing experience. The employees were kind and very helpful. The owner made his way around and even introduced himself ensuring we had a good experience. We initially got the wrong order, but they immediately made it right. The chicken was legit the best we’ve had in quite a while. Definitely going back.

We were there on the second day of them being open. Got there right away at 10:30am. Wife got Reaper tenders and I got extra hot. The reaper wasn't much spicier than the extra hot but the extra hot had a little more flavor. Both were FANTASTIC. I've had real Nashville Hot Chicken and this is on the same level. Extremely tasty. Nice and spicy. Good sides and good service.

Drove an hour an 15 to eat the chicken for the first time it was amazing. Well worth wait in line from being outside to register it was 30 minutes but it went quick an was well worth every penny. Did the 2 medium slider combo and it is a regular sandwich it’s enough to feed two people. Staff was very friendly and attentive through out process! Coming back again on next payday! Recommend adding a little honey to slider it gives an amazing balance and the Dave’s sauce is great!
