Starbucks

I just came to this Starbucks at 10am this morning after Muskego was randomly not open... the line was huge!!! So I went inside and I was treated very nicely. The guy who took my order his name was James, he had a cap hat on and he was working the sandwich warming machine. He asked how was my morning and I said good, then he asked if I had any plans today, I felt wanted and welcomed. When he asked for my name I said “erica” and he asked how I spelt it. Normally every Starbucks I’ve been to has never asked how I spell my name. It’s the little things that go a long way. I think James deserves a raise, he was always quick on the food, the drinks I didn’t get till 10 minutes later but some of the other co workers were chit chatting. James needs a raise for his politeness and hardworking!!

Starbucks does a good job at customer service for the most part. They try to move people along pretty quickly so at times you need to slow them down so they get your order correctly. Friendly people.

A little noisy, but lots of room to work. The team was polite and efficient.

Justin, a shift manager, has made my experience at Starbucks one of the best I have ever had in a coffee shop. He is the reason I keep coming back, and the good drinks?

Thank you for your excellent customer service. I will come back here when I'm in the area. You guys are great, made us feel we're more than welcome here.
