Chili's Grill & Bar

For a chain restaurant, Chili’s is one of the best. Love coming here. The ribs are very good. The dessert is incredible.

Picked up a car side to go at 7:45 on a Thursday evening the manager was super friendly and made sure my order was exactly how it should be he even noticed that the Buffalo chicken salad I got was shorted on the Buffalo sauce so he requested one from the kitchen. He opened up my orders to make sure everything was exactly correct which I really appreciated due to the fact that many times I get home and something is missing.
Great location super friendly staff very efficient and cares about their customers. will be back!!!

My brother in law said after our dinner this was the most positive experience he has ever had at a chili's. I thought about it and he was right.

From the time we walked in everything was above expectations. A really nice dinner. Especially hard with a group of 7!

Chili's has really tasty food, no doubt about it. What this Chili's lacked though was the great customer service that would really put it over the top. For example, a high chair for our baby, water, and the free chips and salsa should not have to be asked for, they should be offered or just given without question.my son got a cup with 5 crayons in it, all of which were the same color. It's not hard to give different colors, and trust me, one color is not going to occupy a 4 year old, and a bored 4 year old will be as much of a problem for the server as it is for the parents. I also struggled with the "green" paper pouch of silverware. The bag literal says it's "green," yet contains a plastic straw, wrapped in paper. I bring a steel straw everywhere with me and asked if the could take plastic straw back, but was told that because it already hit the table they couldn't take it back. What if I didn't order a drink that uses a straw? How green is it to give a table one straw per person and then throw away 3 unused straws. You lost me there. All told, it was a generally good experience, but not great because the things the restaurant gives it guests are backwards.

Waitress was very nice.The manager was as well. There was an issue with a couple that was dinning about 2 seats away us( had nothing to do with the place)but they were being loud and the male was being verbally abusive..The manager handle the situation very well. Overall the food and service was great.
