    I have a hard rating system for any kind of restaurant. People go out to eat for a (what should be) easy experience ordering your food and play the waiting game till the food is made, then you eat. On this day I did have to repeat myself quite a number of times to the women taking my order. And then we waited about 20 minutes for our food. The place was not busy at all!!! The food preper even made a extra sandwich for me (on the house) with out me even saying anything. The food was all very good and we left. The one thing that keeps me going back to Panara is the usually own it when they do screw up and make it up to the customer's!!!

    I’m surprised by the low ratings for this location. I come here all the time and have never gotten the wrong order or had a single issue. This will continue to be one of my most frequently visited restaurants in the area.
