    The only reason I still go to subway is cuz my sister in-law is management, and my former boss is fine as hell!

    Love the staff and the food at the subway here on Delafield in Waukesha- they're friendly & fast!

    I visited the store 12/26 around noon. I am very hard of hearing so I wrote up two post-it notes with our order details and handed them to the associate explaining that I can’t hear very well. As normal - I waited for the staff to become increasing annoyed with me (this is very normal given the circumstance and I’m accustomed to it), however, much to my delight - The associate was extraordinarily kind and patient with me. She asked follow up questions in a loud and uncondecending tone. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you for making me feel like a person! It completely made my day.
