Pat's Rib Place

This place has the best food. Everything was great!!! The ribs, brisket, fried chicken, sweet potato fries and them beans were the BOMB!! Yes, you wait a little bit but, it was worth it. If only they could put in a full service bar and hire wait staff, that would make it the best restaurant in Waukesha.

Absolutely delicious, food made with love! Quality home cooked taste. Some of the best bbq and fried chicken around. Excellent sauces to compliment the meat. Not to mention an amazing staff. Highly recommend! Definitely becoming a frequent customer.

Authentic BBQ! Beef brisket is out of this world! I'm not one for fried food, but anything you get fried at Pat's is hot and fresh. Hubby loves the ribs, and our son loves the pulled pork sandwich.

The new dining area is fabulous! The owner always remembers me and says hello! Great neighborhood place.

Catfish lightly breaded & fresh tasting, side of okra was not soggy & was awesome.
We will be back as often as possible.
The atmosphere is painted in cool colors with great blues artists' pictured on the wall. Ambient music is all blues.
Such a unique place!

Had the baby back ribs dinner tonight and they were delicious! Great smokey flavor and very tender, and to their benefit, not fall off the bone. They had 5 bottles of tasty barbecue sauces at the table, one of them even had a bit of a kick which is great for me. I also appreciated that the bottles were very clean and full. Friendly staff and quick food. Will be back!
