Taqueria Miyagi

We ate at the new in-truck dining area on Saturday night. The camarones a la diabla were OUTSTANDING, the salsa DELICIOUS and they had the BEST Mexican rice that I have had in ANY restaurant, north or south of the border!!!!

Wanted to try one each of several tacos, listed them off. He didn’t write down as far as I could tell. When I got home I saw there was a chorizo and I think a lengua, neither of which I like, and neither of which I ordered. Kind of disappointing considering I was the only customer there at the time.

Our neighborhood had this food truck out for our party and it was a huge hit. The food was cooked fresh and it was delicious! The pricing is really good and we all had wonderful meals with almost too much to finish. If you are looking for a good food truck to bring good quality options this is a good option.

Had the steak fajitas. There were no shells which seemed odd. There was a lot of liquid in the bottom of the dish. Every thing was fully cooked but it wasn’t seared so it didn’t have as much flavor that I would expect from fajitas. I would eat at the truck again but would probably try something else. Mine took 30 minutes after ordering. Other people ahead of me said they waited 45 minutes. I was expecting a 45 minute wait so it took 15 minutes less than what I expected. Staff was very nice.
