    The deep dish pizza is wonderful the pan it's cooked in creates a crusty and delicious pie!
    The crew here has made my least three pizzas and they have all been excellent

    There is one serious problem, when you pick up and pay - there is a screen that asks you if you'd like to leave a tip. The problem is, the workers do not split the tips, the money is used to cover drawer shortages.

    I managed restaurants for 30 years. This is not appropriate and I'm not sure it is legal.

    A tip is meant as a reward for good service. But if it is never given to those for whom it was intended, that is wrong.
